Fits most sneakers up to about Men's size 13.
The inner shell opening is 4.85 inches wide and 3 inches high at its widest. We recommend measuring the bottom of your sneaker to see if it will fit.
If your shoe size is too big for the current model, please reach out to us and we may be able to create a singular larger unit just for you!

We think the Shin Splint Sandal is fantastic. We hope you will too, but just in case we have a 30 day, money back guarantee policy from the time of purchase. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Please reach out to us and we will connect with you to accommodate.
The integrity of Shin Splint Sandal has been tested with up to a 50 lb dumbbell. We do not recommend using more weight than this. Most people will use 5 - 15lbs.
Weights are not included with your purchase.
The Shin Splint Sandal was designed to work with most dumbbells and ankle weights that you may already have at home or can easily obtain. Dumbbells are strapped into the semi circular holder and ankle weights are wrapped around the front ledge.
